Emotional response:
E.g. this advert shows you lost animals and gives then a human voice, the first animal is a kitten and they have given it a child’s voice, its saying “where’s my mum” “I’m hungry” by giving it a child’s voice it make you feel like it is a child and it will have the same feelings as someone young, by giving it a voice it then makes you think yeah animals do have feelings and they do think like we do.

Makes you think about what about if that was my child lost in the streets by them selves not knowing what to do and how they would feel. The next animal has a woman’s voice and her owner comes in and he is drunk and he wants to take it out on her, she is scared and is hiding behind the sofa.

This also can be seen as a humans life as in some house holds the men do get drunk and come home to beat there wife’s and in this story the dog plays the part as the wife. This advert is saying just because we can’t understand them they still have feelings it’s trying to show you how they could feel and what they could be thinking or saying. It makes you think and could make you sad so you want to help these animals.  Seeing them sad and with a sad atmosphere it can change your mood and make you sad.
E.g. this advert shows young children who don’t get treated right, its done in black and white with sad depressing music, the images are shocking and very sad. It shows a young girl trying to open a can and she looks about 3 she has been left to look after herself.

Adverts like this also use eyes to draw you in you see a lot of young people looking scared and upset and you can see it in there eyes, this can make you feel what they feel through there eyes. The young boy in the second part she has tears in his eyes and he looks about 5 and he is very upset, which can make you upset to see this boy like that.

Using young children make a big impact on the viewer because parents dedicate there life’s to there kids and to see young children being abused can be very shocking because they couldn’t imagine doing anything to there own children like that.

Adverts like this are very clever because it makes you feel an emotion so it will be easy to remember because you felt something. Making you feel sad and fear for the child’s life make you want to help them you feel you would do anything to help this crying child.
